The Booking Calendar

Watch this 5-minute onboarding video before you book your first session. This will explain how the Soundspace booking calendar works and how often you can book appointments.

We suggest you keep your booking confirmation emails; they contain important information about your membership and guidelines for using the space. They will also allow you to reschedule or cancel appointments.

Facility Handbook

  • The facility is self-service; however, checking into the space is mandatory. You’ll receive a Check-in Form via text 15 minutes before every session to report the condition of the space. This required procedure helps keep all members accountable for maintaining an orderly and professional environment. If you fail to complete the form, you risk taking on the consequences of someone else’s neglect. Please ensure the space is back together as you found it before you leave.

  • Check the email tied to your Soundspace membership for a door code. If you haven’t received this yet, please reach out to us at support@soundspace.co

Please do not share your code with anyone outside your band, as we share the building with another studio. Please respect their area, don't take snacks or items from the lobby, and shut the front door when coming in and out. Please do not prop the door open at any time, even to load in.

  • You have 27/7 access to the Drum Supply Rehearsal space through a key-coded door. You may enter the door 10 minutes before your session time. Please respect any bands you encounter as they are loading in or out.

  • To unlock the door from the outside, press the Home logo and enter your unique code; from the inside, turn the thumb-turn to lock or unlock.
