We’re excited to be a part of your creator journey. Below is everything you need to know to have the best experience at Soundspace at Ascension Studios. We also recommend you bookmark this page in your browser so it’s easier to refer back to if needed.

While Soundspace at Ascension Studios is user-friendly, we understand that some of our members appreciate more guidance when setting up. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need help or prefer one-on-one support.

The Basics

First, log into your new Soundspace at Ascension Studios account to get your profile up and running. While you’re there, remember to fill out your creator persona. We’ll use this to help recommend the right educational content, upcoming events, and collaboration opportunities.

The Booking Calendar

Watch this 5-minute onboarding video before you book your first session. This will explain how the Soundspace at Ascension Studios booking calendar works and how often you can book appointments.

We suggest you keep your booking confirmation emails; they contain important information about your membership and guidelines for using the space. They will also allow you to reschedule or cancel appointments.

  • Coworking Hours:
    • Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM

    Studio/Rehearsal Hours:
    • Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 9 PM
    • Friday & Saturday: 8 AM - 11 PM
    • Sunday: Closed (Event Booking Only)

  • There is limited parking out front; back parking can be accessed through the gate.

  • The basic TRIBE Membership grants access to the Conference Room (when it is not booked), Gathering Space, and Backyard. We kindly ask that you only utilize other creation spaces if you've specifically booked time on the community calendar. Let's honor each other's designated space to ensure we can work and create harmoniously.

    We believe in maintaining a sacred space for all members to thrive. Please honor this by upholding to no smoking or vaping inside of the building, cleaning up after yourself, washing or placing dishes in the dishwasher when finished, and disposing of all trash and recycling in the proper containers. Please leave each space as you found it.

  • You are allowed to bring 1 guest, and they must remain with you at all times. Guests are not allowed in the space without you there.

  • Yes, each member is subject to a potential cleaning fee if the facility is left unkept. This includes throwing away all trash, properly storing equipment, and taking all personal belongings with you.
