Spacemakers Operating Agreement

Purpose of the Program: The Program allows eligible individuals to earn commissions for referring new subscribers to Soundspace.
Commission Payments: Soundspace will pay you a commission for each new subscriber that signs up for Soundspace through your referral. The commission amount and payment schedule will be as set forth by a Soundspace team member at your joining the program, as may be updated by Soundspace from time to time.
Referral Requirements: You may only refer individuals who have not previously subscribed to Soundspace. Additionally, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to, all privacy and data protection laws.
Confidential Information: You acknowledge that all information and materials provided to you by Soundspace in connection with the Program, including but not limited to, referral links and codes, are confidential and proprietary information of Soundspace and may only be used in connection with the Program. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to any third party.
Termination: Soundspace reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, and your participation in the Program, at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of any Program materials and return all confidential information to Soundspace.
